Very, very good! I used turkey instead of chicken and I put less milk than the recipe calls for because I didn't want it too runny I also put it in the oven for a bit after heating on the stove first. I served it with crescent rolls rather than crackers. It was a huge hit with everybody and I will make it again and again.

I followed the advice of others here and added cheese inside the tortillas. I used low fat cheese and turkey dogs and used chili with no beans. Everybody liked it and I will make it again.

I cut the recipe in half and used fiji apples. We spooned it hot over ice cream and ate the leftover cold the next day. Both ways were very good. The color was pink, but I don't see what the problem is with that. Will make again!
