Oreo™ Cookie Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2009
(ABH)Another Big Hit!! I made this one again using the Slenda for baking and sugar free OREO's. This was the absolute best dessert especially when you freeze it. It's like an Ice Cream Cake w/o the Ice Cream.

Red Velvet Cake IV

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
I made it on Saturday it was gone Sunday night!!! Oh and I replace real sugar with splenda for baking for the cake and used splenda for the frosting if you add a splash of lemon juice it will definitely kill the slight after taste in the frosting. Everyone thought it was delicious. Wonderful for the first time!!!

Caramel Apple Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2008
Amazing! I love this recipe!. I gave it 5 stars because I used sugar free caramel and it was still delicious. I didn't use as much brown sugar as the recipe called for but it was sooo goood! I had it with my apples on the side and my mom took it from me and told me I had to get my own! So thanks for the posting it's all smiles in the house. Lol

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2007
I really enjoyed this recipe. I came REALLY close to my favorite restaurant's recipe. I did however make my own alfredo sauce from scratch and let my ingredients cook on low as I added them. Seasoning is key to keep the spinach from over powering this delectable, delightful dish. I also added crabmeat. This came out great for a first-timer. THANKS
