My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years and I am still learning the tricks of the trade when it comes to cooking. We eat out a lot and I would like that to change. Cooking takes a lot of time for me and often ends up burnt due to my lack of attention. Just ask my husband, I have managed to even burn canned green beans on the stove. I enjoy entertaining at our house but would love to learn to cook for our guests rather than order take out. Hopefully this is a step in the right direction. I really enjoying baking all kinds of sweets. My favorite are cakes that I then get to decorate. I also enjoy trying new recipes and impressing my friends. Pies are a little hard for me...I tend to over bake them.
