Pad Thai
Not a bad recipe. Do see one of the first comments that included alternate directions. I also omitted the butter and followed their instructions, also adding rice vinegar and plenty of garlic. I would also recommend shallots as an optional addition.

Gourmet Grilled Cheese
My son LOVED this recipe. Says a lot, coming from a six year old! (Oh, we loved it, too!)

Buttery Corn Bread
This is an AWESOME recipe for corn bread! I like it on the sweeter side, and this was PERFECT. I also did part of the batch as muffins instead of as directed, and that took the exact same amount of time to bake and was a BIG HIT with my 6 year old son!
