Anything easy and tasty...I don't need to spend my entire life in the kitchen. Chili and hazelnut dressing. I recently made a casserole that was beautiful enough to be in a Betty Crocker cookbook. Seriously. If casseroles could be compared to Supermodels, this one was Giselle or that new, cute chick in Victoria's Secret. One time I tried to make a key lime pie. I had it ready to put in the oven, and I dropped it. All over a shag rug. A long-pile shag rug. Sad.
