Shrimp Scampi V
Well in Louisiana..we have alot of shrimp. Pasta is cheap and most ingrediants are everday stuff. I made it but w/ out the wine..i just didn't have it right then, but I been making this recipe for a while. It's quick, easy. Start to finish about 15-20 min. And is excellent! must try!! (use good fresh shrimp-mid size)

Applesauce Cake I
This was delicious! I have two young children, so I'm always staring at applesauce in the fridge. I made a few tweeks to the recipe for personal taste, and it came out fabulous. Just like grandma used to make! Thanks!

Salsa Chicken
This is fabulous!! I followed recipe exactly but added some cut up potato. Super yummy and quick! I served the leftovers with scrambled eggs the next day for breakfast burritos. A Huge hit with the household. Thanks!! I love awesome and easy recipes!
