About this Cook
I'm a full-time, stay-at-home homeschooling parent of two looking to get back into the workforce.
My favorite things to cook
Homemade pizza, pies, pastries, and anything chocolate. I love to use the slow cooker, too.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every family member requests double-chocolate cake for their birthdays.
My cooking triumphs
hasn't happened yet.
My cooking tragedies
I was trying to re-create maple seafoam candy, and totally burned the sugar. The house stunk for days!!!

Berry Cobbler
Great way to use fresh berries. Nice for breakfast with OJ.

Crumb-Topped Rhubarb
This is an awesome recipe! I added three cups of cut-up strawberries, baked it in a round stoneware pan. It cooled overnight and we had it warmed-up in the microwave the next day (about 20 sec. a serving). Anyone who likes rhubarb will love this recipe. A terrifice summer dessert!
