Tangy Catalina Pasta Salad
This just wasn't for me. I didn't care for the tuna and shrimp together. I do agree, though, that doubling the dressing helped.

Scalloped Potatoes II
Absolutely delicious!! It reminds me of the kind my mother used to make...not the quick fixes with canned soups. I added ham but otherwise followed the recipe directly. This is a staple at our house from now on!

Pizza Dough I
I love this recipe and it is now the standard at our house. I substitute olive oil, add some Italian seasoning, and use the same amounts of everything as listed. It turns out great!
