Trini Style Chicken

I must have done something wrong because all I ended up with was a black pan and black bottomed chicken! The sugar burned and burned and burned and made a lot of smoke!

This is delicious, but I rate it a four as is, because I definitely think cutting the butter does the trick to step this up to a five.

Definitely a five if you take others' advice and add the extra veggies, corn, pepper etc.

This recipe was pretty good. I definitely added extra flour, but not until I had refrigerated the dough for an hour. After finding the dough was still quite sticky, I kneaded in three quarter cups of flour. Otherwise it worked out well.

Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

Yumm! The top does have a thin crunch to it and the inside was nice and moist, a good ratio though. I didn't find the top fell in at all. I didn't sift the flour and sugar, and therefor didn't get a full 24 servings and they didn't raise much, but otherwise delicious!
