Chicken a la King II
This came out good. I only used 2 TBS. butter with the mushrooms, red peppers and some diced onion. As other reviewers suggested, I cut the flour to 1/4 cup. It still came out thicker than we liked (maybe due to the lesser amount of butter), so I added a bit of white wine, along with more chicken broth. I served it with mixed veggies over puff pastry shells.

Feta and Olive Meatballs
These were really good. I used kalamata olives like some reviewers suggested. I found a feta cheese that had garlic, lemon and oregano mixed in-it added tons of flavor. I made them appetizer size and had a tzatziki sauce from the website as a dip. Thanks for the recipe!

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I
We love it! I have made this for the past two summers (4 loaves just yesterday). I use bittersweet chocolate chips instead of the semi-sweet, but the rest of the recipe is followed as is. Thank you!
