Homemade Mac and Cheese
I really like this mac and cheese recipe. I like that it doesn't use any processed cheese. I add some spices to the cheese sauce before baking (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc) and I let the sauce cook until it's fairly thick. This cuts down on cooking time in the oven, and makes the final product less runny.
