Homemade Mac and Cheese
I really like this mac and cheese recipe. I like that it doesn't use any processed cheese. I add some spices to the cheese sauce before baking (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc) and I let the sauce cook until it's fairly thick. This cuts down on cooking time in the oven, and makes the final product less runny.

Bacon Quiche Tarts
We loved these! The best part is that they are so customizable. Veggies can be added or subtracted, the meat can be switched out (we've used sausage with great success). Thanks!
