Bryan's Sweet and Hot Tomato Pasta Sauce

Cut the brown sugar in half as well as the red pepper - maye add a bit more of both next time around. Sauteed garlic and shrimp and put those with the sauce and just served that with roasted vegetables and bread on the side. LOVED THAT MEAL!

Black Bean Vegetable Soup

This is the most forgiving recipe ever!!!! I accidentally put in curry powder instead of chili powder....I had made the black beans from scratch (as in soaking and boiling them), all of the vegetables (including zuchini) were chopped, etc. I doubled the chili powder and the other seasonings (I refused to just dump it). My husband LOVED the soup - mistake and all. Will make it again, for sure! Also added sweet/spicy jalapenos with the juice. Great recipe! Thanks!

Incredible Chicken

Ignored measurements, temp and cooking time; HOWEVER, it was amazing. I really do think this recipe is foolproof. I cooked very slowly, covered with foil for 90% of the time. Added a little butter since I use skinless, boneless breasts. My 80 year old parents loved it. I shredded it when it was done to soak up all juices in the pan. Would definitely make it again!

Honey Baked Chicken II

OK - so very, very good and so very, very easy. I adjusted a lot - as in very little butter, chicken tenderloins, kept the honey, mustard and curry sauce at half measurements even though the butter was cut down to maybe 1 TBsp. Family loved it. Me too!

Coconut Shrimp I

I've now made this 2x. Trashes the kitchen but worth the clean up! The dipping sauce is perfect with it. Whole family loves it! Make sure you chill in frig - ALL THE DIFFERENCE WITH KEEPING THE COCONUT ON!
