Paella I
Please don't waste your money on a fancy "paella pan" unless you already have one...or your getting one as a gift but, just to let you know...I've made a fabulous Paella in a Wok.

Anne's Homemade Chorizo
Anne, thank you sooooooo much for your recipe. I bought chorizo yesterday and asked the clerk what spices were added to make chorizo, chorizo. Well, he said he could remember off the top of his head. Thank you for your recipe. I will happily make it from scratch with your recipe and as you say it always taste better home made. An additional ingredient that I might add is fresh chopped lemon zest.

Chorizo Stuffed Bell Peppers
recipe sounds very good. I bought chorizo yesterday and was looking for a good recipe. The only thing I would change is the canned tomato soup (high in sodium). Instead, I would use a nice low-sodium tomato sauce. Thanks :)
