Whipped Cream Frosting

Tasty, light and fluffy. Subtle cream cheese flavor nice addition to standard whipped cream. Stable consistancy for speading and holding form.

German Chocolate Cake III

Yummy and rich! As suggested I added 1oz additional semi-sweet chocolate to the 4oz of German Chocolate to the cake mix and I made 1 1/2 portion of the frosting. Perfect amount. Everyone in the office loved it and suggested I become a baker as a second career. Great recipe!

Creamy Beef Stroganoff

Quick and easy. I added additional fresh mushrooms, cooked lean beef with worcestershire sauce in lieu of salt and used reduced fat sour cream. Still very creamy and very tasty.

Mandarin Almond Salad

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs

Marinaded meat tasted great and I alternated the meat between each vegetable. Everyone loved the kabobs. Next time though I'll cut the beef into 1" cubes.
