Unbaked Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
My 'nobake' cookies are usually a hit or miss in regards to them setting up well. These set up perfectly every time! Absolutely delicious.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
An excellent sauce for our broccoli and rice bowls. It's easy and delicious to make.

Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup
I made this for Christmas Eve. Everyone loved it even my very picky 14 year old niece. It's now a bi-weekly staple in our house. We don't eat meat so we cut out the bacon and it's still delicious!
