People loved these when I made them, but I'm not sure I completely loved them. I may make again, but they are not something I could get addicted to. The sweet potato has an "after taste", as well as I can explain it, but many people like that taste - it's probably what makes this unique. Try it, you may love it!

Ganache is the easiest thing to make and always makes desserts extra special. Plus you look like a pro as people think "ganache" is gourmet=difficult! Pour this over some brownies and cut it after it sets and people will SING your praises!

This is awesome stuff. I could eat it everyday until its' gone! To cut calories, I used less salad dressing, (used fat free italian, and probably only half what is called for in the recipe) and I also added a handful of chopped cilantro to really make the salsa POP. Oh, and a squeeze of lime and a splash of red wine vinegar. Delicious and healthy!
