New Year's Day Black-Eyed Peas
my husband does not like black eyed peas, so I was trying to find something that he might eat for New Year's Day. He loved this!! I took the short cut and used 2 cans of peas, one had bacon with it. I sauteed the onions and ham in a small amount of bacon grease then added everything else....also used diced tomatoes. I will make this again and again.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake
I followed some of the other reviews and added more milk and less pnb. I also didn't have chocolate syrup on hand, so used hot chocolate mix. It was pretty good, my 2, 3, 5 year olds like it.

Cornbread Salad
very good and easy salad. I didn't have enough mayo, so put one cup sour cream. I also crumbled up some leftover bacon....YUM! I halved the recipe as my family are not salad lovers like I am.
