Manhattan
I may be a Minnesota girl, but I love a good Manhattan ~ I actually had my first one in Seatle, WA. This is an excellent recipe - burbon whisky is the way to go. Oh - and add a little splash of cherry juice!

Pepperoni Dip II
This is a quick and easy dip. Hearty and satisfying. I also add a can of sliced mushroom and black olives. Goes well with Triscuts.

Pumpkin Zucchini Bread
The pumpkin flavor really gets you into the mood for the fall season. Very moist. My Dad loves this recipe.
