Tortilla Ham / Turkey Pinwheels

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
We served these at our Christmas party last night, and they were the first thing to go. Several people commented on how great they were. I made ham with the italian and turkey with the ranch. I love that they are quick and easy to make, yet are a definite crowd pleaser. I will be making these often!

Mom's Applesauce Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2009
These are terrific! I used the whole wheat blend pancake mix, used cinnamon applesauce, added a splash of vanilla and added blueberries. My son, who is VERY picky, ate 4 for dinner last night and 3 for breakfast this morning! Thank you!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

I followed the recipe exactly, and my loaves turned out awesome!! I did coat the blueberries with flour first like others recommended. This is a new favorite! Thanks so much.

Turkey Pot Pie III

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
This recipe is really great. I have been using just a top crust the last several times to try and save some calories. It still is very good. I use cream of potato soup instead of golden mushroom and used diced canned potatoes, green beans, corn, and carrots for the veggies (husband doesn't like peas.)I also added 1 cup cheddar cheese this last time. Great as leftovers too!

Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

I made this a layer cake. I used heart shaped pans, and it turned out great! Followed recipe exactly except used cake flour. Frosted with Rich chocolate frosting from this site. May add just a tad more peanut butter next time. Really great recipe.

Everyone loved at our Christmas Party. They were the first to go. Used 1 16 oz can of whole cranberry sauce instead of 2.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2007
This was wonderful! I have been making a ham and hash brown casserole for years that was one of my husband's favorite dishes. After I made this, he said "throw the other recipe away." My other recipe uses a stick of butter (ugh) and is not nearly as moist and creamy. Will be our regular ham and hash brown casserole from now on!! Thanks!

Grandmas Cowboy Cookies

I made these today for my husband, and he just came in and tried one (actually 10!) Needless to say he loved them. They are very rich but delicious. I omitted the coconut and walnuts and used crunchy peanut butter. Excellent cookie recipe
