French Toast Souffle

This was like a dessert! I baked blueberries into the french toast and used challah bread in place of regular bread.

Cocktail Meatballs

I used frozen meatballs, but cooked them first in oven. I also placed a bag of smokies in the Crockpot with the meatballs. This was a hit with everyone.

Cream Cheese Cookies I

The Best cookies I've ever made! I made these cookies with a splash of lemon extract. I also filled the center with a strawberry jam that was low on sugar because this cookie is really sweet by its self. The cookies were a hit at my holiday party.

This was so good. My boyfriend doesn't like carrots so I left them out. I added a can of mushrooms, northern beans, golden hominy. The blend was amazing.

Lentil Chili II

You definitely need a large pot! I started out doing what the recipe called for, but then I tasted it half way through and it was bland so I added more spice. I also added mushrooms with the veggies. This batch made enough for a couple days and two tubs to freeze for the future.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Really sweet in taste! I liked it, but would have liked to add something to make it not so sweet. Maybe some wine? I took half the gravy being that it was so sweet and added it to egg noodles along with some mushrooms. This dish isn't very colorful. I would try it again, but might make some changes.

Country Apple Dumplings

These were awesome! Next time I think I might add more apple in the middle. I also only used 3/4 cup sugar and lightly used Diet Mt. dew over top. The sweetness was perfect!
