Peach Salsa II

Used only about 1/2 cup of sugar, and added some extra jalapenos - delicious! Great with chips! Didn't have any pectin, so just skipped it, and it was still great!

Kofta Kebabs

Made these with only ground beef, and baked them for 25 minutes at 350, and served them with some lettuce, yogurt, tomatoes, and a sliced up garlic pickle in a pita - delicious!!!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

The consistency is a bit different, but these taste just like the Oat Bars at Starbucks!!!! I cut back the butter to 3/4 c. like other users said, but I'll try adding some milk next time to soften up the oats a bit.
