This was definitely too dry and could do with at least one cup more of liquid (if not more). I also threw in 2 cloves of garlic plus 1 tsp garlic powder to add some zing to the sauce. I dont' like boiled chicken and ended up stir frying it with a bit of salt, pepper and vinegar.
For the crust I used the following recipe 3 cups flour mixed with 1 egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 TB vinegar, 1 cup shortening and a little less than 1/2 cup chilled water.
I don't know what the big deal about this particular recipe is to earn so many rave reviews. There are way better recipes out there.
