My favorite meal to cook is steak, baked potatos and a great zucchini dish with italian tomatos.

I made my first ham for easter and it turned out really good. I got the recipie from allrecipies.com and it was great.

Baked Spaghetti
Very good dish. My 1year old loved it. I also used ricotta cheese and a LARGE jar of spaghetti sauce. It still came out dry. We have a ton of left overs and I will just add some extra sauce tomorrow night to make it not so dry. Overall...easy and yummy

Baked Apricot Chicken
We love this recipie. I marinate it for a couple of hours before I cook it and it is so tender. I use chicken breasts instead of thighs and wings. We use it for small dinner with friends. Love it.

Broccoli Casserole I
This was the first casserole that I made and I loved it. I have made it 3 times total and took it to our Thanksgiving last year. Everyone wanted this recipie. My cousin said I hate broccoli and this is very good. She now makes it too. I followed the recipie as is. The sauteed onions give the casserole and wonderful flavor. I will be making it this weekend for friends and it is now a staple in my house.
