Sweet and Sour Sauce II
Yum! I was very impressed. I'm a girl who loves convenience but this recipe was definitely worth the time. I actually ordered Chinese Sweet and Sour Chicken and used this sauce instead of the restaurant's! Alterations: Pineapple Juice instead of water (drained right from the can), Crushed Pineapple for better texture, Ketchup because I didn't have Tomato Paste, and be sure to whisk the Cornstarch into the liquid before adding the pineapple and Ketchup!
