I am not a big fan of pork, but this recipe made me love it!!! I just added an extra tablespoon of brown sugar to the sauce and it turned out heavenly!! My son loved it too and he is like me, doesnt like pork much.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I tweaked this recipe a bit. Instead of putting the ketchup and brown sugar mixture at the bottom, I put it on top. I also added about a tablespoon of mustard to the mixture and about 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar to the meat. Turned out delicious!!! Wonderful recipe!!!

Cake in a Jar

My husband just received the cake in a jar today in Iraq and he said he LOVED THEM! I decorated them all patriotic for all the soldier with him. :) I am definitely going to send them again!
