Chicken Marsala
This is a great simple recipe perfect for a beginning cook like myself. Loved it from the time i started using it 2 years ago. I leave out the sherry, just by chance i forgot to pick it up at the store and have never missed it. I add a bit more marsala than the recipe calls for, and the flavor is wonderful. Happy cooking!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
Excellent and simple recipe! I modified it a bit by using less salt, a combination of toasted sesame oil and olive oil and skipped the lemon juice because i didn't have any.

Parmesan and Basil Chicken Salad
Turned out very good, flavorful and abundant with basil, so much in fact, the recipe turned out green! Good for St. Patty's day i guess! hehe
