Parmesan and Basil Chicken Salad
Turned out very good, flavorful and abundant with basil, so much in fact, the recipe turned out green! Good for St. Patty's day i guess! hehe

Fettuccini Carbonara
This recipe came out great!! I didn't have shallots and added more parmesan, an extra egg yolk. Would recommend this carbonara recipe, A plus!!
