PJ's Sweet Potato Mash
I really loved this recipe and I don't like horseradish, but it is so good in here with the honey. Go ahead give it a shot, you won't be dissapointed. I will make them this way all the time. Thanks for posting.

Indian Pudding
I really didn't think I would like this, but I had this cornmeal to use up and gave it a try. Go ahead try it, it is very good and perfect for the fall. Excellent with whipping cream or cinnamon flavored ice cream. I did add about 1/2 to 1 tsp. of ginger to the mix.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
Very good, I loved it. Only thing I did different was to up the wine to 1/2 cup and use a can of fire roasted tomatoes. Makes a little more sauce this way. I also used a garlic, herb feta cheese and would use that again. Very tasty, its a keeper. Thanks for posting this one.
