Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was absolutely excellent. I used cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic. Added minced garlic to the soup. (We like our garlic) I didnt have any celery, but it still came out so tasty, fall apart and goooood! Even the carrots and potatoes were done but not mush. We poured a little of soup and meat juice mixture over it. Serve with crossiants or biscuits.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
This was absolutely AWESOME! I used Jack Daniels Hickory Honey BBQ sauce. I thought shredding it would be difficult, but I just put a chunk of cooked chicken on a cutting board and used a fork in each hand to pull it apart. My husband likes onions, so I added a 1/3 cup chopped onion about 45 minutes before we ate. Served over potatos with cheese and onion, topped with sour cream. I cant wait to try this on hoagie rolls, or hamburger buns. Mmmmm MMMM Awesome!! (and so easy)

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I used a 2.5 lb. roast and cooked it on low for 7 hours. Probably about 3 hours too long. Very dry and well done. I'm going to try again though and reduce the time. Drippings made EXCELLENT GRAVY!! Served with garlic mashed potatoes and dill butter carrots.
