The kitchen is my studio where I sketch, dab, and paint with a whole array of spices, meats, vegetables, and sauces. The kitchen is my sanctuary, and cooking my therapy. I created, please, and satisfy.
My favorite things to cook
Chicken, Pork, Fish, Vegetables....in whatever new ways possible. I'm not one for steak, but love roast beef and pot roast.
My favorite family cooking traditions
From the south, one word, FRIED. But I look beyond what all I can slide in a pan of grease.
My cooking triumphs
I make some of the best mashed potatoes in town, along with Zuppa Toscona and stuffed chicken.
