The kitchen is my studio where I sketch, dab, and paint with a whole array of spices, meats, vegetables, and sauces. The kitchen is my sanctuary, and cooking my therapy. I created, please, and satisfy. Chicken, Pork, Fish, Vegetables....in whatever new ways possible. I'm not one for steak, but love roast beef and pot roast. From the south, one word, FRIED. But I look beyond what all I can slide in a pan of grease. I make some of the best mashed potatoes in town, along with Zuppa Toscona and stuffed chicken. cookies...I'm getting better.
