LOVE these! Because I didn't want to go to the store,I used Dried Cranberries (craisins) & added them directly to the batter.(they had sugar in them). This caused me to reduce the sugar to just the 2/3C for the batter. I also did not use nuts. AND I added a cinnamon struessel topping. They are crispy on top, moist inside. Yummy & pretty with the red berries!

The only changes I made to these were to sub. applesauce for oil, and I used a mixed pumpkin pie spice. They were fabulous! I love the spice and the orange zing. My only problem is that the muffin seems to be sticking to the wrapper quite a bit on bottom, but that may be due to the applesauce, not sure- besides, I am not above eating it off the wrapper, are you?! Regardless, these should do good a my friends Breast Cancer bake sale! Thanks!

My family found this to be too sweet in a weird way. Perhaps it was the rice vinegar? May make again with changes, sorry.
