Gingerbread Men
Okay flavor, but the cooking time was waayyy off. Went through two burnt batched and one undercooked before I had some usseable cookies.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce
Really tasty, but I added extra lemon and seasoned the chicken with rosemary and garlic.
