Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
I have made this many times and have always gotten many compliments. I have used various fruits with not problems at all with browning, and never add the sugar. I also use sugar free preserves. Some have mentioned draining the salsa, but I do not feel the need to do so. If you run out of chips, the leftovers are great as a side salad/snack too.

Oma's Rhubarb Cake
A good cake. Not as flavorful as I expected, thus 4 stars, but my hubby gives it 5. He loved it! The sour cream really keeps it moist. I may try to spice it up a bit more next time.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Good and easy to make. I used frozen pie crust, which worked great. I used some frozen, cubed hash browns boiled with the veggie rather than fresh potato, and that worked very well. I also shredded a rotissarie chicken. I thought the gravy was a little bland, but I did not have celery seed, so that might have been it. Will make again!
