Surprisingly, this was actually pretty good! I used 1% milk in place of the half and half cream and it worked fine. If you're looking for a really simple and easy dish to prepare, this is a great recipe.

Extra Easy Hummus

I really liked this recipe! The kind I find at the store usually isn't garlicky enough, and way too lemony for my taste. This recipe was perfect, except I added a bit of extra garlic.

Berry Burst Sorbet

I made this using a bag of mixed frozen fruit and berries without the cream, and I cut the sugar in half. It turned out great, like a really fruity awesome sorbet!

Fluffy White Frosting

This frosting came out Perfect! I was so impressed! It's bright white, glossy, and holds its shape really well. I realized at the last minute I didn't have any cream of tartar so I followed the suggestion of another review and added a pinch of salt to the egg whites before whipping them. This actually tastes good, isn't too strong, too sweet or anything; it's nice and light!

Fudgy Pecan Tartlets

These turned out pretty good! I was a little hesitant to try them since there was only one review, however they came out really tasty! Very rich and fudgy! Maybe I did something wrong, but after the filling puffed up in the oven, when I took them out the filling collapsed a bit. Anyway, they were still really yummy and simple to make!

Classy Chicken

The sauce in this is delicious! I didn't add any sour cream since I didn't have any, and because of what some other reviewers have said. I also didn't have sundried tomatoes, so I added mushrooms instead. It came out perfect! The mustard and dill flavours work so well together! I think in the future i'll experiment with different vegetables.

Absolutely The Best Shrimp Scampi

This really is a great shrimp scampi recipe. I did think there was too much parsley though, so i'll cut down on that next time. I'll be making this again, and I definately recommend it to others!!

One Bowl Brownies

This is the exact recipe found on the box of Baker's unsweetened chocolate squares. I made them last night and they're really good! They came out nice and fudgy! A bit sweet though, like other people have said; i'll probably reduce the sugar next time.

Coconut Walnut Biscotti

This turned out really great! I didn't have a problem forming the dough into a log; it came out perfectly. I didnt have any nuts on hand, so I used chocolate chips instead.

Garlicky Appetizer Shrimp Scampi

This recipe was absolutely delicious! I've been trying out a bunch of shrimp recipes from this site recently, and this is by far my favourite! Served over rice, it was perfect for lunch!
