Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Loved the brownies, PB flavor but not too much. Baked mine for 25 minutes because I know that is what my oven is like. Brownies came out moist with a crusty edge and chewy inside. Followed recipe exact except for baking time.

Peanut Butter Fudge Cake

Everyone at work raved about this cake. Cake part was more like a brownie but with the PB and frosting it went very well together. Will definitely make this again.

Cafe Mocha Mini Muffins

Fudgy Cream Cheese Tunnel Cake

Followed the recipe as others suggested by adding an egg to the tunnel mix. Cake was perfect and it was a surprise for my dads birthday. HUGE SUCCESS!!!

Mini Pumpkin Muffins with Orange Drizzle

I loved these. Pumpkin is my favorite muffin flavor and the glaze gives it just the right sweetness. I followed the recipe exactly except the glaze I didn't measure the ingredients I just used the sugar and orange to my own consistency.

Cinnamon Mini-Muffins

I made a change and dipped the tops in melted butter and then dipped them in the cinnamon/sugar mixture. I also added my own amount of spice to the mini muffins. These were so good because they weren't too sweet. Perfect.

Lemon Glazed Cake

Made this for a friends birthday because chocolate is too rich for her. Everyone at work loved it. 45 minutes and the whole thing was gone. Few changes made were-lemon pudding mix instead of jello and the glaze I just used lemon zest, juice and the powdered sugar. I am personally not a fan of lemon but loved it.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I got rave reviews when I made these. I froze most the dough and made it at a later time and those seemed to turn out better. I also used unsalted butter instead of the shortning.
