Brunch Enchiladas
I made this for Sunday brunch. I also added chopped red and green pepper. I didn't read the recipe thoroughly and started making it in the morning before my guests arrived! I only had about an hour to let it stand in the fridge but it turned out wonderful! Everyone raved!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
My husband and I both love this receipe. We enjoy rotisserie chicken but our bodies don't tolerate the chemicals and preservatives in spice mixes or on store-bought chicken. I was so happy to find an all natural receipe so we know exactly what we are putting in our bodies! I usually cut the receipe in half because I cook for two but my husband said he would love to have one of his own!
