I'm old fashioned, down to earth, and have always loved cooking. If dinner was cooking or ready and you showed up at my door, well let's say if you didn't pull up a chair and grab a plate I considered it an insult. I compliment my grandmothers…they made some of the best meals that anyone could eat and I think I was taught by the best! A few of my favorite things to cook are Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, Escargot, Blackened Grouper, Omelets, Grilled Vegies, and meats. At Thanksgiving we always make a Greenbean Casserole and a Cranberry Salad that to die for! Copying a recipe from a restaurant; Shrimp and Scallop Alredo with mushrooms and avacado in it. MMMMM good! None too bad so far.
