Shrimp Cakes
These were really good. As suggested I used less mayo, added alittle old bay and patted on panko crumbs. Stayed together perfect and had a wonderful delicate taste. Thank you!

Classic Tiramisu
This was great! Not overly sweet-just right. I only needed 1 3oz package of lady fingers for a 8" spring form pan and needed to add more liquid to the liqueur, so I added 1/3 cup strong coffee. It did take alittle longer for the sugar to melt into the yokes-I just keep whipping.

Elegant Oyster Soup
This was outstanding! So tasty and very easy to make. I didn't change anything. My husband loved it as part of our Valentine's dinner.
