Pork Loin Chops in Apple Cream

Excellent! I actually marinated the porkchops for a day in apple cider for extra taste. Also, after adding the cider to the porkchops to boil I used two apples (cut into cubes) and a handful of baking raisins.

Barbeque Beef Casserole

I had everyone asking for this recipe! Really quick and easy to make. I used the Del Monte diced tomatoes with jalapenos and it was a really nice addition to the BBQ sauce and gave a little kick.

Summer Squash Casserole with Nuts

Excellent! Great reviews. I also sauteed the green peppers and onions so they blended better into the mixture and I did not mash the squash.

have made this for several family functions and always gets rave reviews. it really does taste best if left to chill overnight. i did add a little mayo just for extra texture - but only about a tbls.

Delicious Ahi Fish Burgers with Chives

These were terrific! I followed the recipe pretty closely, except used italian bread crumbs and they were a big hit with my husband. Will definitely make again.
