Pork Loin Chops in Apple Cream
Excellent! I actually marinated the porkchops for a day in apple cider for extra taste. Also, after adding the cider to the porkchops to boil I used two apples (cut into cubes) and a handful of baking raisins.

Barbeque Beef Casserole
I had everyone asking for this recipe! Really quick and easy to make. I used the Del Monte diced tomatoes with jalapenos and it was a really nice addition to the BBQ sauce and gave a little kick.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
Huge hit with all our guests. I didn't use quite as much pudding mix as suggested, b/c it was still really flavorful.
