J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
These were great, and so easy. Read several of the other reviews about sub-ing butter for shortening. Compromised and used butter flavor Crisco. Really good!

Vanilla Ice Cream VI
Great flavor, but the consistency is way too icy. Will definitely substitute heavy cream or half and half instead of milk next time.
