Dill Poached Salmon
this recipe only calls for 4 oz of salmon??? thats crazy! a quater pound? i bought 2 pounds of fresh salmon, and a huge amount of fresh dill. salmon came out moist and flaked with a fork nicely, but it had no real flavor. i couldnt taste the dill, and i thought it was just average. i didnt modify a thing, i wish i would of. my expectations of recipes with as many stars as this one are way higher.

Teriyaki Sauce
i will def use this again!!!! my family loved it! i tried making teriyaki from scratch plenty of times with "HONTERI"- never eeven close to as good as this! the only change i made is i used kikkoman teriyaki marinade instead of soy sauce. its basically the same thing with some added ingredients "onion powder, garlic powder, spices"....un-freekin believable. i used thin cuts of tri-tip, and boneless chicken boob..barely marinated it for 30 minutes, and pan cooked it, when it cooked dry i added more marinade...SO GOOD!!! served with egg rolls and white rice- i def use it again...

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken
i cant believe this recipe has so many positive reviews. this is my first negative review, i followed the recipe to a -T-....the chicken looked like , and the breading was cracking and falling off. i used a whole cut-up bird so i had portions of all cuts. i honestly cant believe how this is the top fried chicken recipe. i had a cast iron skillet and everything.very very disappointing.....
