Easy Pizza Sauce III
This pizza sauce, with just a few minor tweaks, was AMAZING on my pizza! I used a couple of the suggestions made my another reviewer of this recipe (CINDY18LOU). I only used 2 teaspoons of oregano, and I added 2 teaspoons of basil and 1/2 teaspoon of white sugar. And with those tweaks, I made a Chicago-style stuffed pizza that was absolutely amazing! You can go to my page to read my reviews of those other two recipes and what I did to make them. I used the "Jay's Signature Pizza Crust" and "Chicago-style stuffed pizza" recipes (with minor tweaks to the latter) to make an amazing pizza! Highly recommended! Also, this sauce makes an amazing spaghetti sauce!! And with the 2nd batch, for spaghetti only, I added about 1/2 teaspoon of fennel, which added another very yummy taste to the mix! Next time, I'm going to mix in some ground beef for what I'm sure will be a stellar meat sauce!

Chicago Style Stuffed Pizza
The pizza I made using the filler from this recipe (though tweaked just a bit) turned out great! I did use the "Jay's Signature Pizza Crust" recipe for my pizza crust, and I used the "Easy Pizza Sauce III" recipe for my pizza sauce (though I tweaked the sauce a little by only using 2 teaspoons of oregano, adding 2 teaspoons of basil, and adding 1/2 teaspoon of white sugar). I also used about 14 to 15 ounces of mozzarella cheese instead of the 9 ounces this recipe called for. And I put a layer of ricotta cheese down on the pizza crust before adding the rest of the filler. Finally, I only made a pepperoni pizza, instead of using all of the vegetables this recipe called for. The combination of these three recipes, with the few minor tweaks I made, made for an EXCELLENT pizza!!! Very, very tasty!!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
This pizza crust is fantastic!!!! I used in in conjunction with two other recipes on here (Chicago-style stuffed pizza & Easy Pizza Sauce III), and it complemented them perfectly! Of course, I tweaked those other two recipes a little to make the pizza taste just right, but the pizza crust needed nothing done to it. It was excellent just as it was! 5 stars!
