Apricot Noodle Kugel
The Best! Didn't change a thing. Family Loves it. We're not even Jewish! A deffinate must have for that sweet tooth and for something different.

Chicken Curry I
AWSOME! wow it's now a monthly favorite. Co-workers drool because I make this up for lunches during the week. Cures my curry addiction for a while.

Beef Enchiladas I
Awsome. Easy to prepare and the family loved it. I did have to use some corn tortillias and flour ones to keep everyone happy. I'll be doing this one again soon. Thank you.
