These ribs were fantastic! I boiled them ahead of time and put them in ziploc bags in bar-b-cue sauce and froze them. We made them when we took the kids and grandson camping. I thawed them out, put them in a foil pan with a little more bar-b-cue sauce, and covered tightly with foil. I warmed them on a grate over a low fire that was almost all coals. They were cooked/heated through in approximately an hour.
They were so tender, but just firm enough like ribs should be. My kids couldn't stop thanking me!
Great meal for a cook-out or a camping trip. I will do this every time.
