Flaky Crescent Mushroom Turnovers
I also used puff pastry instead of crescent dough. Worked really well. They were very tasty but I think next time I will add to the filling. Maybe roasted sweet potato and rosemary.

Vegetarian Tortilla Soup
So good and authentic. I also added black beans and cilantro and used fresh onion, peppers and corn. Easy and delish.

Cheddar-Thyme Flaky Biscuits
Really good and easy. Next time I will cut down on the suger to make a more savory biscuit. And add more thyme.
