Super Easy and Spicy Fried Pickles
I changed the recipe just a bit. Instead of making them spicy I used 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp natures way seasoning. Also, I first dipped the pickles in plain flour first, then the egg mixture and then the bread crumbs. Got a stomach ache from eating so many. Yumm!

Seafood Cioppino
This was excellent. I used this recipe for a potlock and everyone loved it! First I turned it into a stew by adding 2 or 2 1/2 cups of chicken boullioun and extra cans of tomatoes and tomato sauce. I didn't have the fresh red pepper so I used chili powder. That wasn't quite enough so I added some tobasaco sauce to make it a little more spicey! That definitely did the trick. I will definetly make it again!

Curried Chicken Triangles
I have a group of friends that are picky eaters and I decided to give this recipe a try. One of my friends claims she doesn't like curry and she said she loved them before I told her there was curry in this recipe. She even asked if she could take home the three leftover sandwiches. Everyone loved them and they have asked me to make them the next time we have a get together. As for the crossiants, I recommend not to buy generic as they don't pull apart easy. I also rolled the crossiants up to make it more like a mini sandwich.
