Whole Wheat Ginger Snaps

These are quite good; using whole wheat flour makes them chewy than regular ginger snaps. As these are healthier I may make these from now on.

Lentil Soup III

This soup is awesome. I made 1/2 batch with veg broth as my daughter is a vegetarian and used red lentils and added carrots and celery - what an easy and tasty soup to make!

Spooky Halloween Eyeballs

Made these for a halloween dessert contest at work and I won! They are not hard to make but take a lot of time from start to finish. I agree with other posters to putting them in the freezer prior to dipping them in the chocolate. Thanks for the winning idea!

Baked Potato Soup

Great recipe. Was too lazy to make the topping so added the cinnamon to the batter and then just sprinkled some cane sugar on top. Everyone loved them.

Vegetarian Sweet and Sour Meatballs

My 14 year old daughter recently became a vegetarian. This recipe is her current favorite. She would eat these meatballs everyday if I would let her. I made these for Easter and everyone liked them.
