Baby Back Ribs
Please read this...how many times have you had charred, rubbery ribs at a barbecue? This recipe is spectacular, and absurdly easy, you guys. Pull 'em out of the oven, slather some BBQ sauce on them, and throw 'em on the grill for 10-15 minutes. My brother-in-law asked what restaurant I got them from. Just divine and so easy.
