Thai Chicken Balls
These were delicious! I did make a few changes based on reviews and personal preference. I added about 2 tsp light soy sauce, subbed dried onions for green onions, and subbed fresh chopped thai basil for the cilantro (about half the portion though). I also finely chopped some chicken breast instead of using packaged ground chicken to reduce the fat, and baked at 400 for 20 minutes as another viewer suggested. Wonderful, healthy and satisfying!!!

Marinade for Chicken
I made this exactly as directed except I cut back on the vegetable oil a bit to make it less fattening. This was pretty good but came out very sweet, which limits your options for using leftovers in other recipes. I have some marinade left over that I will use for something else (I'm thinking it would be better with salmon?) but probably will try other marinade recipes before making this again.

Beer Dip I
This was very good and pretty easy. I added some dried diced onion which added a nice flavor. I used Miller Lite for the beer which was great, I think a stronger beer would have been a bit dominating. The recipe made a lot more dip than I expected. I made it for the big game tonight - I served some hot (microwaved for 1-2 minutes) and some cold, and had toasted french bread, baked soft pretzels, and regular hard pretzels as dipping options. My first preference was the french bread with the soft pretzels as a close second, and then the hard pretzels (but I don't generally eat them much, so it's probably personal preference). I actually liked the warm dip better than the cold as well. A nice standard dip for game nights!
