So a few things here. I used really big chicken breasts and while they were very juicy they were completly bland. All we tasted was chicken & sour cream, none of the salsa, cheese or seasoning. I even used 4 tbsp taco seasoning. So if you plan on using big chicken breasts, either add more taco seasoning or wait until you have smaller. I do plan on trying again using smaller ones. I figured it would turn out good with all of the good ratings and it sounds really good too.

Sloppy Joes II

5 stars with some changes. I didn't add green peppers only because no one in my family likes them. I added 1/2 cup of ketchup and about a half cup bbq sauce(sweet & zesty), went ahead with the 3 tsp of brown sugar but ended up adding about 3tbsp more, 1 whole (med) onion & a dash of worchestire sauce. Turned out great. We like ours sweet. My hubby doesn't even like sloppy joes but he enjoyed these.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Great pot roast! I didn't have the dry onion mix so I just cut up 2 small onions, added baby carrots(half bag), 1 clove fresh garlic and cut up 5 med potatos with a 2 lb roast along with a 26 oz mushroom soup (kroger). It turned out great. I cooked it on low for 7hrs and then high for about an hour or so. Thank you so much for this recipe. I definitly won't be using my old one after this!

Bill's Sausage Gravy

This was my first time making "real" sausage gray and it turned out great. I used reg sausage only because the store was out. It was a tad bland but salt and pepper helped a lot. Can't wait to use maple sausage the next time I make it. I won't be using any other recipes for gravy!
